Parma Wrapped Salmon

Parma Wrapped Salmon with Lemon & Dill Butter

Serves 4

(3 parcels are perfectly sufficient per person as a starter)

I have an absolute passion for anything wrapped in parma ham! These little delights are perfect for your summer BBQ or as an hors-d’oeuvre at a dinner party.

Chicken also works brilliantly as an alternative to the Salmon, you’ll just need to bake them for a few more minutes until cooked through.

5 Steps To Truth & Happiness

Red or Blue? Red or Blue? Choose between the red or blue pill.

The red pill represents living in truth and reality, whereas the blue pill represents living in ignorance and bliss. This is the familiar scene from the movie The Matrix. Though The Matrix came out a while ago, the options haven’t changed, and the matrix still exists. What’s changed is the thinking that we don’t have a choice in the matter.

Instead of seeing that we have a choice, we get suckered into believing that the decisions are automatic or this is what “you must do” or “this happened, so I had to.”

This thinking is a sure fire eliminator of happiness and the reason why a lot of people in today’s world are unhappy.  Life isn’t about the red or blue pill. Life is about choices, and the mere fact that we have a choice is ultimate power.

With Movement: Let go of the punishing exercise and move in a way that allows you to reconnect with your body. Dancing, walking, or swimming are great alternatives.
