Fall back in love with Carbs!

Let’s face it low carb diets are a real phenomenon in the diet world and are effective for people who need to lose weight quickly or for their profession i.e. body builders. I’ve been incredibly guilty in the past of going on carb free diets. In the short term they were very effective, however as soon as I reintroduced carbs the weight piled back on. Looking back I also remember feeling miserable, hungry, on edge and literally dreaming about my next plate of eggs, chicken or tuna and cottage cheese……..yeah, not such an appealing plate of food is it?
