Vita Mojo: Lunch personalised
I was recently invited to the launch of the second Vita Mojo food store in Spitalfields, East London.
For those of you new to the concept, Vita Mojo is a revolutionary way to save time and enjoy good honest meals, designed by you, to suit your lifestyle that helps put you in control of your diet.

Born from a passion for cooking and advanced knowledge of food, The Vita Mojo team have created something pretty special here. Nick & Stefan & Eli – three foodies whose passion is to empower people to eat the food suited to their lifestyles. Joining forces with F1 Nutritionist, Helene Patounas, and Michelin Trained Chef, Paul Davies they deliver a menu that is not only healthy but is delicious.
Nick had his own health issues previously that he had to spend time and money addressing when the doctor was unable to help him. By drastically changing his diet to remove processed foods and gluten his health improved almost overnight, and the idea for Vita Mojo was born. After that the team joined forces with F1 Nutritionist, Helene Patounas, and Michelin Trained Chef, Paul Davies to deliver a menu that is as healthy as it is delicious. How does it work? Building your meal
By clicking ‘Start,’ you can customize a meal to suit you either online to pick up in-store or on their iPad’s in either branch. Simply pick a dish and adjust the quantities using the sliders provided. Here you can choose how much of each ingredient you want – you just pay by weight. So for example, if you want more protein than carbs that day you can easily adjust the quantities to suit your very own nutritional need. You then collect your hot meal in as little as 15 minutes.
Nick explained during his talk with the bloggers and press at the event how during their soft launch that first week of opening, some customers had stacked up seven visits for food already.
Now that’s a good sign of something pretty special!
